Return Policy

General Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if you are not satisfied with it. However, if there are no damage or defect issues, you will be responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs. For a return, please keep the original packaging intact. For more details, refer to Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging. Items must meet the following conditions for a general return:

In brand-new condition
Uninstalled and unassembled
Unused, with no missing parts
Original tags and packaging included
Please note that the 30-day return window is based on the delivery date of each individual item as shown on the carrier’s website, not the entire order. We will not accept returns if the item was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return request.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Clearance or final sale items
Customized products
Products labeled as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Assembled or disassembled products
Items missing original packaging or with significant damage to the original packaging
Please note that any returns made without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund and will be rejected upon arrival at our returns center.
